European Fisheries Advisors Meeting 2012

Agenda: We have looked at the issues for COFI, and reviewed our Agenda for the May meeting. See COFI Agenda here.

See the proposed Agenda. As you see, in addition to the ‘Balanced Harvesting’ (see the agenda), we have added another technical topic which should be of interest to all, that is the information about the Fisheries Crime Working Group in INTERPOL. Since this is a new ‘institution’ after our last meeting, we thought it would be of interest to all to get acquainted with this work against IUU.  Any comments to the Agenda is welcome.

Venue: Holmenkollen Park Hotel, Oslo, see www.holmenkollenparkhotel.no, will be the venue for the meeting, as well as for the dinner in the evening of 23rd May, hosted by Norad, and the overnight stay. We have booked 20 rooms. Kristoffer Kokvold,[email protected], will send all names to the hotel by 14 May. The price of the room including breakfast and internet is NOK 1.205,-  (approx. EUR 150). The address is Kongeveien 26, 0787 Oslo, Norway, telephone number +47 22 92 20 00
